For the past several months all of us have had to quickly, yet reluctantly, adjust to a new way of functioning in a world that is quite different from what it looked like at the beginning of 2020. Through this, artists, like all of us, have coped and adapted as our lives have changed, both individually and communally. In our new exhibit, ‘Knowing the Unkown”, September 6th - October 18th, you will experience the imaginative perspectives of : Suzanne M. Packer, Kate Nelson, John Howard, Eveline Luppi, Ellen C. Davies, Hollis Fortune, Tom Wilson Jones, Richard O. Perry, Sally S. Fine, Alla Zbinovsky, Georgene Riedl and Leslie Kramer as they offer their creative perceptions of how the world looks like to them the since the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic. You will be pleased to find visions of hope and peace as the artists reach into their subconscious to make sense of this unprecendented upheaval in all of our lives.
While the weather remains cooperative, we will extend the possibility of “fresh-air” viewing for “Knowing the Unknown” exhibit so that you will be able to visit this show “O-I-O”: Outside in our garden area, Inside in the front gallery room and Online. We hope that you will be able to stop by the gallery to see these lovely works in person (with masks and social distancing) during our open hours: Thursday-Sunday, 1 pm-5 pm, or anytime by appointment . If that is not possible, please take a look in the comfort of your own home at our website: crossripgallery.com or in our virtual gallery showroom at this link:
